Installation and Set-up Procedures:
This is the quick set-up guide to get you started. 

Q:  How do I cancel my order?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your order. To make sure you receive your order, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Once your order has been processed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it. If you need help with your order, please contact our support team to resolve your issue - but in some cases, you may have to wait for your order to be delivered, and then you can send back to us.

Q:  How do I return an incorrect/faulty item?

A:  Email us at support@Lagwerta.com.au with the following information:
 - Complete Name
 - Order number
 - Product name or code
 - Photo/s of the incorrect/faulty item

Q: What if I have not received my order?

A: If you received your dispatch email, allow 24-48 hours for your orders  to start tracking. When orders has tracking numbers it means its already with courier and delivery will vary according to courier delivery times.

Q: Shipping

A: We are based in Australia and are shipping from  Australia using regular shipping options but we can shipped using express. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout. 

Q: How do I redeem a discount voucher or Special Offer?

A: To redeem a discount voucher, please enter the code into the ‘Enter a Promotion Code’ box.You can only use one promotional code per order.

Q:  Can I exchange an item?

A: Just return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned items.
