DELIVERY, RETURNS and REFUND POLICY DELIVERY:
Lagwerta delivers all over Australia. We are using Australia post or any postal carriers that delivers Australia wide. Our warehouse location is in Sydney, so delivery time will vary based on customer’s location. Shipping fees are calculated and added to your order at checkout. Regular and express postage are both available.
RETURNS:
We offer returns only for the items that are in original packaging and are still unopened. In cases like the product is defective, CropIT is happy for return and will shoulder return postage. The customer will then have the choice between reimbursement or a new unit replacement. Returns have to be approved prior to shipping them. We will not accept any returns after 7 days from order delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as seeds and nutrients cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until you have sent us a receipt and that receipt has been approved as legitimate.To return your product, direct email to support@Lagwerta.com.au for postage instructions.
REFUND:
Below are the only valid reasons for our REFUND POLICY. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment but you must return the item within 7 days at the item must be unused.
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the our email support@Lagwerta.com.au
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your Bank or Credit Card company.We don’t provide refund if there is an obvious signs of use that indicate it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Lagwerta.com.au and we will advise of how to proceed with the process.Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled
